The All-Stocks network is a distributed stock exchange platform

The main goal of AllStocks, as the name suggests, is to allow all traditional financial instruments to be traded on the blockchain. The project aims to achieve this through a number of hybrid methods that will give electronic money holders access to stock options. First and foremost, a cypot exchange will be set up to allow both fiat deposits and withdrawals on a non-centralized system. If done correctly, this would be the first major swap of this type since fiat processing is usually done on completely focused exchanges.

AllStocks aims to be more than just a simple hybrid exchange however. In their development roadmap are plans to set up additional niche trading platforms covering a variety of traditional stock options, a payment processor and also a remittance wallet. Whilst slightly ambitious, if the team can pull this off then the platform would be on track to dominate current leaders such as Bitfinex and Kraken which are both limited in the options they offer, and suffer from centralization.

Almost all important actions and data within AllStocks applications (such as token transfers) will be stored on the blockchain on a decentraliezd ledger, mostly on the Ethereum platform. In fact, every underlying asset will be associated with an underlying custom smart contract and stored as an ERC-20 token. This will prevent centralized manipulation and allow immediate transfer of assets between platform participants. Furthermore, such a system guarantees that order books represent real underlying assets without the need to trust the exchange that they’re not fabricating orders.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Cryptocurrency Exchanges
The cryptocurrency exchanges will play a critical role as they provide users with digital wallets and fiat currency accounts in their local currencies. Well, these services aid users to buy, transmit and sell such cryptocurrencies as well as provide the needed framework for users to convert cryptocurrencies to fiat currencies and vice versa.

Tethered Tokens
Well, tethered tokens are necessary to create traditional tokens with real financial assets backing. Also, for every traditional asset held on the Blockchain, the token is minted. This, in turn, ensures that whenever these underlying assets are sold, the token is automatically destroyed.
Transfer of Ownership
Upon issuance of tethered tokens, all the underlying assets can be traded with matching cryptocurrencies. The steps of performing this operation are outlined below:

User sends fiat currency to the stamper
The stamper Okays and returns the ALLSTOCKS tethered token.
User can trade or hold those ALLSTOCKS tethered tokens.
Then, the user redeems his tokens.
Finally, the stamper sends fiat currency to user’s account.

Fees
Fees always apply whenever digital and traditional assets are transferred, and these fees must be accounted.
RegulationAny on-chain transaction that is used to denote an off-chain transfer of ownership must be managed accordingly and will also satisfy both local and foreign regulations
